In honor of the "pillar of defense", which has evoked much discussion both in South Florida and on this blog, I present these two moments which make Jeff Ireland look like Webster's Dictionary. You tell me which is better.
First, we have Albuquerque news anchor Cynthia Izaguire, reaching for the Seinfeld handbook after this gaffe. Not that there's anything wrong with it!
Second, Clippers sideline reporter Christine Nubla, perhaps with something else on her mind. Reminds me of a college friend saying on a women's basketball broadcast, "X-player penetrates herself!"
