Meanwhile, great job by Dave Feschuk of the Toronto Star pointing this out. Since winning the three-point shootout, former Heat guard and Toronto Raptor Jason Kapono has nailed....ready for this.....ONE three-pointer. In 3 attempts. And if he doesn't hit one tonight, Kapono will have gone a dozen games without a three.
In total, Kapono has 50 treys this season, 27 less than the much maligned Ricky Davis, and 18 less than the equally as maligned Jason Williams.
It's clear that while the Miami Heat made some misteps this past offseason, failing to match Toronto's 4 yr, 24 mil deal for Kapono was not one of them.
